3. Your room status - If you already have a room and need a roommate or                                 If you do not have a room and wish to share one

4. Your arrival date (check in time is 3:00 PM)

5.  Your departure date (check out is noon)

6. Your preferences (e.g., gender, non-smoker, early-riser, etc.)

7. Any other information.

NOTE: All replies to request should be send directly to the person making the request, not to The Northeast Conference.

All request should be submitted no later than 5 days prior to the beginning of the Conference.

As soon as your request has been satisfied, kindly drop us an e-mail message immediately letting us know so that  we

can remove your posting.

NOTE: The Northeast Conference cannot offer any assistance in the sharing of rooms.  This service is limited to offering an internet posting of information.  The Northeast Conference assumes no responsibility, nor can we be held liable, for rooms shared and/or choices made via this service! We cannot guarantee you a room at the special rate even if you are registered for the conference nor will we reimburse your registration if you are unable to reserve a room.

 

Room Sharing
