Exhibit Hall Hours

Set-up:

Early move in for foyer booths

numbered 500 - 520: 4/21/12 - 6am-8am
All others: 4/21/12 - 7am - 11am

All Exhibits Open:
4/21/12 - 12pm - 6pm 
4/22/12 - 8am - 2pm

Teardown:   4/22/12 - 2pm - 8pm

Standard Booth - $1450 - 8'x10' space, fully carpeted but unfurnished

Tabletop - $800 - 6' draped table and side chair, fully carpeted

 All companies participating as exhibitors will receive:

* complimentary conference badges (4 per standard booth, 2 per tabletop)

* one FREE presentation slot on conference program (submissions after 9/1/11 subject to availability)

* listing in Conference Program and links from our website

* preferred booth placement for companies that provide a Sponsorship

* email list of all conference preregistrants prior to the conference

Alert! It has come to our attention that several companies are misrepresenting themselves as the official publisher of the directory for our upcoming conference. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY WITH Construct Data Publishers, FairGuide or ExpoGuide. These companies do not have permission to use the NECTFL name to solicit space in their directories. We publish our Program in house and all company listing information is taken directly from the contract that you submit when you request your booth space. Thank you.
