Please Note:
  • Sessions will be chosen by the Northeast Conference Board of Directors.
  • Your contract to exhibit at the Northeast Conference entitles you to one session on our program, provided you meet the deadline. Proposals submitted after the deadline are accepted on the basis of space available. CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE WILL BE SENT AND SHOULD BE RETURNED WITH ANY CHANGES.
  • Proposals that do not adhere to the instructions may be ineligible for consideration.
  • It is the responsibility of the person submitting this proposal to convey all information received from the Northeast Conference to all co-presenters.

NOTE: You will be billed by November 1, 2008 for equipment that is ordered through us before for use during your session/workshop at the above rates (discounted well below what we actually pay). Equipment ordered after November 1, 2008, will be billed to you at FULL PRICE, so please submit your proposal and A-V request by the deadline. Thank you!
